This scooter is all as advertised so far. Love to be able to get my wife out shopping with the five piece portability of the Elite. Pride Mobility kept their word and got the scooter here in three business days, just in time for the Thanksgiving surprise. Surprised at the strength of the battery pack.

OK. First of all this is a great product. It is easy to take apart and put back together. We have rarely had any issues with gate-checking it at airports. It has good power and battery life.If that was the whole story, I would rate it 5 stars. Unfortunately Pride relocated the horn button in the latest redesign. The new location is just perfect for the button to be knocked off when the tiller is folded. Unless you fold the tiller VERY carefully and lock it in position before it is completely folded, it will hit the battery connector and break. When we received the scooter the button had been broken off. So the horn would activate at random intervals, especially if you hit a bump. It was fixed under warranty, but the first time I folded it the tiller hit the battery connector and broke off again. This is a stupid design. I was able to glue the button back into place, but it does not work now. And I still have to be VERY careful when folding it.
