Great case for the price

It's very attractive - not too juvenile as so many of the cases are with the neon or baby pink colors- and holds my 5.5 generation 30GB snuggly. The inside back which goes against the metal part of your ipod is nicely padded and suede covered. The screen cover is solid - not just a flimsy plastic film, which I really like. Only drawback is that the wheel is not protected but that's the thing that needs it the least. I'm happy.

Perfect fit

Big upgrade from Graphire4

I bought a Graphire4 4x5 tablet first thinking it would be enough for me... It was ok, but then I got a chance to play with an Intuos3 tablet and decided to return it.Intuos3 gives you a much nicer feeling when you're drawing, just as if you were on paper, not plastic. Resolution is much higher, I'm getting very accurate results. Of course, using a tablet takes getting used to and might not be for everybody.The pen is very comfortable to hold and comes with a bunch of replacement tips, including a softer-than-normal and a harder-than-normal tips (1 each).The mouse is actually quite usable on this tablet as opposed to graphire4.Long USB cord makes it possible to take the tablet off the table and onto your lap.Overall, a fantastic tool for anybody who needs a better way to control their drawing/photo retouching.For those, who say it is rather small - true, but the next one up is $100 more expensive. It gets the job done and works great for wide screen monitors without sacrificing horizontal resolution. I guess, for people who paint a much bigger tablet is in order, but this one should be quite enough for photo manipulations.I only wish Wacom included some kind of handwriting recognition software for free with it, though they offer 20% discount on EverNote products (check out ritePen - it is amazing) as well as other product discounts

Exactly what you're looking for.

I did a lot of researching before choosing which tablet to buy. Every review I read online said Wacom was the only way to go. I have to say that they are correct. I am a first time tablet user and this so far has been a wonderful experience. I only have one issue with it. I'm a lefty and so when I draw, I keep hitting the touchpad.I, like the person that gave it a 1 star review, used it on my WinXP desktop with a 20 inch widescreen monitor and it works wonderful. It gets every edge of my monitor. I'm not sure what they're problem was, but all I had to do was install the drivers from the CD and everything works great! I also plugged it into my Windows Vista laptop and it works excellent with that too. I have also had no problems with the mouse working.I wasn't sure that 4x6 would be big enough to draw with but I'm loving it and think now that anything bigger would be a little bit too much.I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to have a tablet for drawing!

Works wonderfully

The tablet works just as well is its reputation suggests. Plug it into a windows or mac machine and pop the CD in, you'll have it working in minutes. It will even work in linux, albeit with a bit more work (But then what doesn't take just a bit more work in linux?).The precision and sensitivity are great. If you're wondering about sizes: Don't bother with the bigger tablets unless you're completely sure you need one. If you're comfortable with making precise movements with the stylus, you really don't need a larger tablet. This one has all the same response and sensitivity as a big one, packed into a more convenient size.Furthermore, Amazon has one of the best prices around on the tablet and it'll probably ship free. What's not to love?

Durable, Educational, and Fun

I have this globe in my first grade classroom. It is a little above their heads, but creates a great challenge for those who are looking to learn more about the earth and the world we live in. I purchased one off of amazon because one of my students asked for it for Christmas in 2009. His parents asked me to help them find one and I could get free two day shipping so I purchased it for them. It was shipped on time and arrived in great condition.My students use mine on a daily basis and have for about 4 years now. It still works very well. I do have headphones to go with mine and the power cord. I would recommend getting the power cord if you plan on using it a lot! The family I purchased it for just bought batteries for now. They have been very happy with it and are very impressed with what their child learned from it in my classroom. He has been very excited since he received it and plays with it daily at home. His older brother even likes it and plays with it (he's in 4th grade).This globe offers many activities and exploring modes for the kids so they don't get bored easily with this toy. It helps the students locate different places on the globe and learn about those far away places.

My daughter recieved this globe for her 6th birthday. She was so excited, but was very discouraged when she discovered she could not really learn about the continents etc. The globe requires you to read the names of the states, oceans etc. She is a new reader and cannot read the small print on the globe. She was really hoping to point to a place and the globe would teach her about it. This globe asks you questions about a location and you need to find it. She walked away after 15 minutes and has not returned in 10 days. It is being returned.

Santa Knows his Globe

Santa was all set to deliver the GeoSafari Globe Jr we had asked him to bring our daughter. He took it out of the box and it looked great, had lots of light, but no sound. No matter how many times he changed the batteries, it didn't talk. Needless to say, he had to take it back to the North Pole and it did not come under our tree. About a week later, though, he left a note saying that the elves "fixed it" and put a brand new Oregon Scientific globe under the tree. The OS globe talks, has lots more categories and challenges, adjusts to ALL age ranges (from 15 to adult), and best of all can be updated (online) ... all for the same price! That Santa, he is so smart.

Tuff as nails and lots of room!!!

It arrived all boxed up - I took it out and was pleased with the thickness and the stoutness of the case. It comes with the organizer center and the egg foam for the lid. It was a good thing I purchased the lid organizer so that the smaller pieces of my collection could have a place to nestle without getting lost in the case.The organizer (for the whole box) is a good idea, as it lets you set up how YOU use the contents. I know that my camera's and my lenses are well protected within the confines of the Pelican box!!! Not only that.................but it also has wheels with a pull out handle.!!! I did not expect this, so this was an unexpected surprise. (But very welcomed :-} )

This is the right size if you want to fit in a 300 or 400mm lens and works for most airlines (to take it as carry on luggage in the plane). You can also fit a medium format and 4x5 system inside.

Train Wreck

I had used one of these mirrors at the San Diego Hyatt Hotel...it was terrific. When I returned home I ordered the same model online. The mirror will not hold in place when it is tilted for use. I contacted the seller, who simply passed me on to the manufacturer. My telephone conversation was that they would contact the seller and arrange for a replacement. Many months later I have yet to hear anything from either the seller or manufacturer. I also confirmed my conversation with both by email, and have sent yet an additional email, neither of which has been responded to. I have had great luck with Amazon for quite some time, but this is a train wreck!
