Very nice mirror, not cheap in either sense of the word. I do wish it could tilt further, but am glad to have it.

I had used one of these mirrors at the San Diego Hyatt Hotel...it was terrific. When I returned home I ordered the same model online. The mirror will not hold in place when it is tilted for use. I contacted the seller, who simply passed me on to the manufacturer. My telephone conversation was that they would contact the seller and arrange for a replacement. Many months later I have yet to hear anything from either the seller or manufacturer. I also confirmed my conversation with both by email, and have sent yet an additional email, neither of which has been responded to. I have had great luck with Amazon for quite some time, but this is a train wreck!

Mirror arrived on time. I have it in my bathroom for applying my make-up. I fell more confident about my appearance now that I am using the mirror. I highly recommend this products.
