5Metalicious!
By --NonaB
Wonderful flush cutters, especially suited to jewelry applications. These are shorter handles than the #7223, and I wondered if they would be too short for my large hands. They are a fabulous fit. The [sponge-rubber] coating on the handles make them comfortable and secure for precision cuts. They maneuver well in tight spaces and deliver a very nice flat edge.

5Very pleased
By Jim S
The design goes very well with arts and craft home. The unit comes in three pieces and assembles very easily. It is packed such that shipping damage is very unlikely. Only problem was that instructions said there were 'felt' pads that could be put on bottoms of feet, but there were no pads in the box. I picked up some pads at the local hardware store that worked fine.

A perfect magazine rack for an apartment! It is sturdy, fits a substantial number of periodicals, catalogues and such that really need to be organized before they are either catalogued or discarded. And what better way to organize and have a marvelous Frank Lloyd Design to look at to boot!

5Very impressive product! Would recommend to anyone!
By Michael C. Hartley
I will give you a bit of info on me so that others who were in my boat will be able to better understand. Im a large guy @ 6'5" and 330lbs. So for those of you wondering how it will hold up to us big guys, it did well. I never felt like it was under too much strain and was also long enough. I bought this tentcot with intentions of using it on monthly Boy Scout campouts. We generally dont hike in to our sleeping quarters otherwise you might be leaving this at home unless you have a pack mule to carry it for you. That was one of the biggest issues, but I knew this before getting it, so it was an expected problem. I have a truck, so it fits in the bed of it easily, if you have a small car that the rear seat doesnt fold down to slide it through you will be strapping this thing to the roof, it is large(see product for dimensions). I did buy an air mattress to fit inside, and fits almost perfectly to the inside dimensions, only problem with that for us longer people, with the approx. 8" of height added from the mattress and with the gradual taper from the ends of the tent, you lose about 6" of length(roughly). In otherwords your head and feet will be touching the ends at full extension if you are 6'5" or taller. I dont see it as a problem for me because I dont sleep at full extension, although I did not use this during my campout yet to see how it worked. I took the tentcot on its first excursion to Woodbadge(Scout Leadership Training), and it just happened to be in the low 20's so it got a good test, as well as a little bit of rain, but it held up well, and was very comfortable. Something else I need to mention is there is a bar that runs through the middle of the bed, its as if there were 2 cots stacked side by side, so if you were thinking of getting the double so that you could spraul out, you will definitely need the air mattress. I like this bar, because im a side sleeper and dont roll around much when sleeping so it was very comfy. I used the other side to set up all of my camping gear(backpack, clothes, lantern etc...). I also bought the underneath gear storage bag, i thought i would use this for my shoes and things that might be dirty or smell, to keep the tent clean, but also keeping the stuff from getting soaked in the rain if left outside. Its also very easy to setup. I do recommend practice at home, but after one try at home, I saw how easy it was, and you will always be the 1st one finished setting up your tent! As I use it more, I may notice more good or bad things, but for now I am very pleased with my product. And everyone that sees it will want one!

5Double Tent Cot
By RStanley
Just got this in and I haven't had a chance to test it out on a camping trip yet, but I did get a chance to set it up and check it out and inspect it.I want to start by saying that I am totally satisfied with the shipping (received next day air) from Amazon and received the package without any defects or missing/broken peices. The entire package included the tent cot, a large durable carry/storage bag, and rain fly. I was not expecting it to include the rain fly sense I keep seeing it sold as an 'accessory' but was thrilled to find out it was included. Saved me the $70 that I was considering spending to purchase one. Now on to setting it up. The details of the included instructions, as others have stated, are severly lacking, BUT being an experienced camper I have set up many tents so figuring this out was a breeze. The convenience of this product is fantastic. I did everything by myself and it literally took me 15 minutes from the time I opened the box to getting it fully set up and ready for use in my living room. Darn close to half the time it usually takes me to set up my regular 4 person tent. I beleive that when I go to test it out on a trip next week, I'll be able to cut the set-up time down to under 10 minutes. Upon inspection I want to note that the frame is very solid, very sturdy and built well. The fabric is thicker than most tents I've ever been in and well sewn together. The tent deminsions are accurate (located in the description). I'm 5'-7" and had plenty of room while laying down, but I could easily see someone 6'-2" or larger might come pretty close to touching the tapered down sides of the tent with their feet and forehead. Height wise, there is plenty of room to sit up and change clothes if need be, but its no where close to the height of an average tent that allows you to stand up or slouch down for a wider range of movement. As noted by nearly all the other reviews, there is a support beam that runs down the middle of the cot, basically dividing the sleep matt into two seperate cots. Now depending on your situation and plan of use for this product, this may or may not be a problem for you. If your going to share it with a buddy, then the seperation is great cause it allows you both your own rest area and you won't have to worry about rolling into one another. Now if your like me, I bought this for me and my wife and we are the "snuggling" type of couple, so in order to combat the support bar I layed down a queen air matteress to allow a complete freedom of movement. I was very afraid that it would not fit at first because the tent width deminsions are 52" and a queen air mattress is nearly 60" wide, but I placed the mattress inside un-aired and blew it up. And to my surprise it did fit! Very snug, but it did fit. So a major plus there!! You will lose some height room inside the tent, but for the extra comfort, its definitely a fair trade off.Pros:-Convenient and easy quick set-up.-Frame is solid and built very well, and the tent fabric seems to be very good quality.-Heavy duty zippers, wouldnt worry about them every breaking!-Plenty of room inside for two people & possibly a small child.-Small pocket storage on either side of the tent to store your phone, keys, flash light, etc.-Nearly 1' off the ground, so no more crawling out of a tent in the morning.Cons:-Even folded up and stored in its bag, it's very large. Could see it as a problem for someone with a small vehicle trying to transport it. I drive a jeep and even though it will most likely fit once I lay down the back seats, I will most likely strap it to my roof rack to allow more storage for other gear in the cab.-Weight is not much of an issue for me, but I'd like to note that it is pretty heffty.-Rail-road track of a support bar down the center, but like I said above, easily fixed with an air mattress.Summary and suggestions:-In the instructions, it tells you to attach the C clasps (which provide the ends of the tent cot greater stability) to the bottom support bar of the middle legs. This puts the clasps in direct contact with the ground and will most likely, IMO, put alot of unncessary stress on the plastic clasps giving them a chance to break. So I figure attaching the C clasps to the secondary support bar (directly above the one that comes in contact with the ground) will prevent any failing or breaking of the clasps.-Would also like to note that with every window/entry door zipped up, at night, this could become a huge problem for condensation build up by morning as it completely cuts off all ventilation from within the tent. I assume keeping the screen doors zipped shut and keeping the fabric tent doors rolled up at a minimum of half way up will reduce condensation.I give this thing 5 stars, because for any experienced camper, this thing is an awesome upgrade from the average tent! The cons of this tent (can be easily avoided) are a complete and fair trade off for its convenience and use. Can't wait to try it out next weekend!!*Update* 10/10/11Got a chance to try it out this past weekend and I loved it! I right away got alot of compliments from other campers right after I set up. I did as I suggested with the C-clasps and found no problem what so ever, worked great. Condensation wasn't much of an issue, I kept the side doors and the window at my feet rolled up with the screens zipped up. Also used the magnectic O2 Cool fan and hung it from the ceiling, it kept the tent very cool and very comfortable. Overwall, I had a very good experience and thought the tent held up very well, we even had a light rain in the morning and no water made it inside (didn't use the rain fly). Going to be using it again in a few weeks, can't wait!!

3better than a tent
By K. naziri
This is a great product. It sets up faster than a tent and it is comfy to sleep in. but they could have done a better job with ventilation. There should be some open vent area with some netting on the top kind of like a regular tent but there is none. This makes the inside build up humidity and especially in a cold day you will have a lot of condensation on the walls. In fact, it will get really wet. Other than that the double is very heavy and bulky to carry in the car.

5There's nothing I didn't like.
By Terry T. Cheek
I'm 6'-1, 205 pounds and 63 years. Took it to my deer lease for a tryout. My inflated air mattress went in easily from either end flap. The tent is well ventilated, and it's easy to control the ventilation with the four flaps over the mesh openings. The double zippers on the mesh and the covering flaps are convenient. There is plenty of room for storage of personal items [clothing, shoes, toiletry kit, etc.] at the head and the foot, plus the convenient overhead pockets for watches, lights, billfold, keys. Easy to set up by laying it on its side while unfolding the leg supports and securing the straps. Hardest part [requiring some strength] is getting the shock-cord poles arched in place to create the domed top. But having the dome is very worthwhile, as you can sit up with full headroom while changing clothing or whatever. It's a well designed product with more room than expected. Slept like a baby!

4Oversized is the right size for one or two if you're the cuddling type
By Charles Le
I was deciding between the Double and the Oversized for my girlfriend and I. I went with the Oversized because of what I read about the bar that exist in the middle of the two cots in Double and I figured it would make it uncomfortable to sleep if you like to snuggle with your significant other. I'm so glad I went with this because it is roomy enough for the both of us. I'm 5'6" and 165 pounds, average size. She's the same height but only 120 pounds. For those of you who are wrestling with this decision like I was, as long as you are of average size or less than this is the perfect choice for you and your partner. The Double may be too large to fit into your car, but this one fits mine no problem, and I have a small car (Honda Fit). The tent is very easy to set up and there's plenty of ventilation. I'm very happy about the purchase and this is now my favorite tent for car camping or spending a day at the beach, as it is easy to turn it into a bed or a lounge chair. Nothing on the tent seems flimsy. I've read the reviews about the clips being easily broken but I've not found that to be a problem. We slept in it last night in the backyard to try it out and it was great. The only thing we added was a thermal rest mattress (oversized) to sleep on in the cot.

5Is it a cot or a tent....
By Jeff Bittel
I bought this tent cot because I usually have to set up the "field kitchen" as well as my personal tent. I'm often tired out after all that is done. The tent /cot is a short cut that saves me time. I also purchased the rainfly in case it rains. Setup is easy, as well as tear down. The only negatives is that it is a bit heavy, and takes up a lot of space in the back of the pickup truck. When the rain fly is on it becomes very airtight and does not breath very well. Quite a bit of moisture build up during the night. I opened the inner zipers to help with this. Overall though it works very well.

5Excellent ipod adapter
By D. Swope
I was a bit skeptical of this product but decided to take a chance on it. The installation was fairly easy on my wife's 2006 Honda Odyssey. The radio had to come out but that was easy and the USA Spec hooked up in the back with the correct plug. We've been using it for about 2 months and we are very pleased. The sound quality is perfect and it keeps the ipod charged. It also turns it on and off when you would expect (like when you turn off the car). Very nice.

5Outstanding Unit with Ipod Connection and it charges!!
By Tim Thome
I recently bought the USA-Spec PA11-HON2 and all I have to say is it's a perfect fit for all you Ipod users. I don't own an Ipod, I have a Creative Zen Vision M. I connect the Zen through the second set of RCA inputs and it sounds very good. My daughter owns an Ipod Nano and we connected it and it works flawlessly, also to my surprise it evens charges the Ipod. You can control the Ipod through the steering wheel controls, advance the tracks forwards and backwards, adjust the volume up and down, EVERYTHING!!!. I might just get a Nano for the car and keep my Zen for the office and while on the airplane. This is a very good unit, very compact and you probably do not need the use of a ground loop isolator. I had one and tried it both with and with the GLI and it sounds the same. I get a little bit of speaker hum but not enough to worry about the GLI. Trust me it's worth every penny.

4USA-SPEC HONDA to factory radio MPS/IPOD interface
By bwob2000
I purchased this product after checking into what a new MP3-compatible replacement radio would have cost me. I wanted to retain the functionality of using the radio controls on my steering wheel, but that required an additional adapter ($$) to use with the replacement radio. I was lucky that my Honda Odyssey radio had the capability of plugging in an optional cassette player (what's that??), so I was able to plug this adapter directly into the Honda radio and retain my steering wheel radio controls. Now I can use my Ipod (with some control functions) as well as other MP3 players or my laptop for DVD's on long trips. Powers the IPOD too while you use it. Definitely a keeper. The best part was that I was able to do the installation in about 15 minutes once I figured out where the plug-in was located on the back of the radio (found a picture of the rear of the radio in my repair manual)!

5True Birkenstock fit
By Jeffonchippewa
Have many birkenstocks, and love these shoes.I also own a few pairs of Footprints Birkenstock shoes and they seem to run a bit smaller/shorter. So I have a painful breakin period. But these Alabamas fit exactly like true Birkenstock sandals and clogs. Much better fit for me. Now I can feel like I'm wearing my sandals at work.

4An excellent media player for a good price! A good alternative to ipod video.
By Shi Hu
I had this player for about 2 weeks and I really like it. I personally think the design is pretty good, with a large 3.5 inch screen on the left and controls on the right. It plays music, videos ,photos, and tv. This is a very good player but has lots of CONs as well. If you are willing to make acrifices, then buy this.PRO's:- Large Screen, good screen quality(Despite what CNET says)- Cheaply priced- Comes with all accesesories- 30 Gigs enough space for most ppl- Superb Sound Quality (You don't even need to change the equalizer)- Built in speakers (really useful if u dont wanna use headphones)- Cool interface (like windows)and very easy to use- Easily integrates with Windows Media Player 10 (you access the player using it, sorta like itunes)or you can access it like a hard driveCons:- Quite large and heavy (well not that heavy), but if you want a more mobile mp3 player get n ipod.- Quite Fragile. If you drop it the sie of the case might crack.- Cannot make playlists in the player, playlists have to be made in windows media player 10.- Can't charge via usb, and can't charge and access computer at the same time.- The battery life isn't as long as advertised (30 hours music and 8 video). But I heard after you first get it the battery life is short, but as you use it and recharge it it becomes longer over time. And i've tested this and appears to be true.- Only support .wmv file videos, so if you want to watch yourmovies you have to convert first to .wmv.

5Not Just Better Than iPod...
By M. Kousha
Wow. I am thoroughly impressed with this. I love it, almost everything about it. Let's start with the simple things. The Windows it runs, Windows Mobile, is brilliant and simplistic. It is better, and easier to use, than the operating system for the iPod designed by Mac, and so far, the best I've used. The buttons, though more numerous than most players, actually makes it easier to use, for example, individual volume, play, fast forward and rewind buttons mean that you can do any of those actions without going to some 'now playing' screen.About the screen. It is beautiful, crisp, and almost never tones down the quality of the picture. One of the few complaints I have about my Gigabeat is the the album cover pictures are a bit pixellated, which I think is because of where they are sourced off of Windows Media Player.Yes, it uses Windows Media Player. Have all your songs on iTunes? Changing them is no problem. The one problem with Media Player is that the image files don't automatically synchronize with the ones on programs like Photoshop, Shutterfly, and Picasa. As a result, you have to be careful about naming (if you like your files nice and organized like me). Most likely one of my favorite things about my Gigabeat, hardly mentioned when I read user and website reviews, is the external speakers. If no ones around, I don't have to use headphones, I can just unplug them and use speakers. The speaker is built in, and small, but it is crisper, more compact, and louder than the ones you have to pay extra for on your iPod.The video is a problem and a solution, which I'm sure, to you, makes no sense. It only supports .wmv. For anyone who doesn't understand what a problem that is, very few videos are .wmv format, and to change it, you either need professional or illegal software. BUT there is hope. Vongo (you get a free trial with your Gigabeat) is a ten dollar a month service that gives you unlimited movie downloads. AND it's in .wmv. Personally, an answer to my prayers. The selection is limited, but there are enough movies to keep you occupied. They have all the James Bond movies, for example (except really recent ones like Casino Royale). Now I know you're not sold on Vongo, I wouldn't be either, but the Gigabeat has got a huge, and I mean mammoth ace up its sleeve. Just like external speakers come free, so does a T.V. hook up cable. You can watch videos, pictures, and listen to music from your T.V. So with Vongo, you download the movie you want, put it on your Gigabeat, and take it to your friends house, and you can watch it. And you can carry a max of 60 movies (the file sizes vary). Imagine how many cases that would be.Now, a problem I have with my Gigabeat is not its large size, but the fact that nobody, NOBODY, makes a case specifically for this model. I have searched all over, and all I can find are ugly generic cases. I had to get my grandmother, a tailor, make one out of velvet and satin (it doesn't look bad I must say.)I searched for a while, but I settled with this. I searched countless brands-Apple, Samsung, Wolverine, iAudio, iRiver, Cowon, Archos, Microsoft (they make the Zune), just to name a handful. But this was by far the best. The best thing about it though, was not how ingenius it was, but for what price it delivers all of this. 165 dollars. ONE-HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS. Comparable players of this caliber are anywhere from 500-800 dollars. All in all, I am pleased with my Gigabeat. Very pleased. Never before had I any faith in an MP3 player (excuse me, it's a 'portable media center') and now I don't need to, because I found one, and, as we all know, 'one is all you need.

4Not as big as you think...and can be charged through USB port

I may have overdone my research before I bought this player. I was afraid that it would be really large and thick...yes it is larger and thicker than most HD players; but, not by much. In fact, the size makes handling the device a lot easier. The controls are placed nicely so that virtually all buttons are within reach of your fingers. You do, however, have to be right handed or be willing to learn to use it with your right hand.BTW, I bought a Zune recently and found it to be a nice device; however, I couldn't find 30 gigs of stuff that I was willing to tote around. I tried using the Zune to carry regular files; but, it was not possible without a registry hack. Even with the registry hack I could not use the Zune as a simple external hard drive. It appears Microsoft has done an excellent job of dumbing down a perfectly great media player. For those wondering whether the MEV30K can simply mount as a hard drive the answer is a resounding YES. BTW, there is a weird "reserve space" function for non-multimedia files...don't bother. The entire balance of the hard disk is available for your use. [Update: I love the MEV30K so much that I returned the Zune.]One really neat discovery...you can charge this device through USB port if you have a USB cable that terminates with a power tip. I used the cable that was for my now dead HP iPAQ PDA/phone. Charging takes a lot longer than 6 hours; but, it is possible!
