I bought this sled for my twin granddaughters who live in the snow belt. My son reported that the twins liked it and that it was tough enough for him to get on it as well, but that the cord snapped almost immediately when he was pulling the twins along. The twins are 3 years of age, so it wasn't their weight. I am looking forward to using it myself this winter when I visit and will figure out how to replace the cord, as I don't know how to order a replacement from the manufacturer. Such info would be helpful in the future.
