With tax preparers printing out more paper for tax returns the duplexer becomes very valuable. It works perfectly and will pay for itself in no time

This unit was packaged to include the needed power Cord for the Printer - and that I feel put this vendor ahead of the pack.Well packed so it would not be damaged in shipment, and worked perfectly once installed.For a used and refurbished unit it was very clean!

I bought this item used. It arrived very much beaten up -- either from extremely shoddy packaging, or a former owner. The casing was cracked and broken. I shoved it into the back of my printer and everything promptly jammed. After I'd cleared the jam, I just removed the whole grey back cover that had been cracked and shoved the thing back in. Now it works just like new, AND I get to watch all the cool gears turning every time I print something double-sided. So... I guess it's just built to last and keep on flippin' pages no matter what.
