Bodyweight Rows like pull-ups are a fantastic exercise for your back and shoulders. Used together you get a balanced, challenging and effective workout from one machine.You will hit the ball harder, be stronger on the court, and if you care about this sort of thing, you are going to have a bigger chest and bigger arms so you'll look better with your shirt off.

I found this exercise machine to be an excellent purchase. Cleverly designed, small footprint, stable. I did have some difficulty assembling it because the locking pins weren't aligned very well, but once it was all together, it worked great.

For the price I agree you can't beat this machine! I put it together quickly when I received it, and it is sturdy and very stable to use. I truly enjoy mine. Plus it fits well in almost any room, and almost doesn't look like an obvious piece of exercise equipment.
