Great sound and a good value.
By Susan W. MacLeod
Purchased this at a Guitar Center in Florida several years ago as a replacement for a much-loved Tama 12-string from the mid-70's. We tried every 12-string in the store - the cheap knockoffs up to the $3000 Guild and Martins. We loved this one the most, both for playability and of course the sound. The guitar came with light bronze strings. Eventually we switched to Martin silk and steel which I prefer on all my guitars. The instrument is easy to tune and stays tuned. The neck is a little narrower than my husband's old Tama, and we much prefer this one. It feels like my Martin 6-string dreadnaught.Finish is beautiful - no flaws. Tone is rich, good highs and bass also. You will not find a better instrument at many times the price. We're thinking of getting a second one since we both go for this one first.

Yamaha FG720S12 12 String Acoustic Guitar
By Juan A. Lopez
This guitar is one of the nicest 12 strings I have ever played in this price range. I have absolutely no regrets purchasing it. It is under priced in my opinion. I actually went to the store three times, before finally making a decision on purchasing this guitar. It is worth much more than the asking price. I am totally happy. I can't get over how good it sounds. They put a lot of thought into the design because 12 strings put a lot of tension on the neck. Some players drop the tuning a whole step and then capo on the 2nd fret to bring it up to standard E tuning. I have not found it necessary to do that. It tunes up beautifully. The neck is not wide like most twelve string guitars to accommodate for the tension of 12 string guitars. I find this guitar very easy play and after playing about ten 12 string guitars before making a decision. The quality of this guitar is excellent, I own a Gibson Hummingbird and a Taylor 814ce, but just had to add a 12 string to my collection and I would have paid twice this price for this guitar.
