I have been using the swiss ball as a chair at work for 4 years now, it has never burst, and still in good shape. This is a great quality ball.

I'm a personal trainer and have used the 65cm Swiss Pro for over 4 years. I bought my ball when the company was owned by Sissel, but it still appears to be the exact ball. The 65cm/26" is the perfect size ball for most people. I have been very happy with this product.

I switch up work outs between this one and a 75 mm ball. It is sturdy and easy to use. Quick Fox videos are good if you are a beginner.
