ok, CLEARLY these have huge heel. being 13, my mom freaked but i said they were VERY comfy. their so adjustable that they'll fit pretty much anyone. for sizes, i say that you should order one size up from what you are in boots. weirdly enough, i think they have a steel toe (for support i guess). but all in all, these are a great buy for anyone!

Buy these for my girlfriend but it turns out the neck of the ball is very narrow and leaves the sides, otherwise everything is fine, came very quickly this brand is very good I have no more to say.
