I bought this knife and the 8 inch Chef's knife two years ago. My wife thought it was way too much to spend for two knifes (and a ceramic sharpener). Now I'm not allowed to use this one she likes it so much. We have a large organic garden and multi-vegetable stir frys are a staple in our house. Kept sharp these knifes are a joy to cut with. They are light weight, very precise and cut without any pressure. The dimples help keep food from sticking to them. If you like to cook at home you will thank yourself for buying this knife everytime you use it. Make sure to keep it sharp!
