My tray came with a banged up wheel due to shippers smashing the crape oi of the box. I called cache.Beauty. they shipped replacement wheel no questions asked. Both tray and company receive EXCELLENT from me!

As a spa owner of a Boutique Spa are space is limited. This Service tray is sturdy enough to hold hot stone pots, a microderma machine, and so on....and its fold up to place ina small linen closet or even under your massage or esthetician bed!
