The speech mike allows me to turn on and off the speech recognition software easily enough that entering data in my EMR is easier and quicker than writing by hand. I have not used other products but the accuracy is very good. There is always room for improvement. I can't tell what is the microphone not picking up what I'm saying and what is the dragon not transcribing what it's hearing. Overall I'm happy with this product.
