The Aiphone CCS-1A Chime Com2 Door Entry Intercom Set is a convenient, secure door answering system. This Intercom includes a CC-1M indoor room station and a CC-DA door station. This set requires the PT-1210N power supply or equivalent transformer (Sold separately).

Chose this unit because it gave me just what I needed and nothing else. Surface mounted, one button talk...Loud and Clear sound, fully adjustable. Perfect replacement for my old single button Nutone that they don't make anymore. Just as good and at a great price.

This review is for the actual Chime/Intercom & not the picture. :)I installed this (security) system Oct 2009.Nearly 3 years of use. It has never failed to do the job.Exterior unit has bright little light to locate in the dark.The pleasent but hearable door bell can be heard throughout my small house.The vocals are clear and crisp on both the interior and exterior speakers.You do not need to expose yourself to someone at your door anymore.I would recommend this for purchase and would buy it again.
