To email us, go to your account on Amazon and find your order, and click on the link to contact us. Your order confirmation email will also have our email address in it. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, then we will try to reach you via phone or email to complete your order. Customization is limited to up to 3 initials only on one side of the chips. This set includes 300 11.5 gram chips, a sturdy aluminum chip case, 5 dice, and 2 decks of playing cards (cards may or may not be cacnelled casino card.) Your initials will be hot stamped on the chips using gold foil within a few days after receipt of your order and initials. The poker chips exceeded my expectations, however I think there needs to be more clarity on how to have them personalized as it is not an option anywhere when you purchase the chips. But dealing with the company was very easy and I got the issue resolved very quickly. I would definetly use this seller again if the need arises.
