The price of this mic might throw you, but it really is a great mic! Nice n warm on female vocal. Haven't tried it yet on electric guitar cab. The cage for this mic is a little tempermantal and the dual clips used to secure the mic in the cage feel pretty cheap, must be careful with these little buggers, so it's best to leave the mic in it's cage, which means it's a little difficult mounting to an overhead boom but it can be done, however, once the mic is secured it's not going anywhere. REMEMBER it's a PASSIVE RIBBON, DON'T USE PHANTOM. I'd recomend this mic.
