I like this because it makes a quart at a time and it simplifies making yoghurt. It's usually ready in 6 hours or less.Make certain that you let the milk cool down until it is warm before adding the starter yoghurt or you will kill the live cultures.For a real treat, use half and half. It's better than sour cream or cream fraiche. I use it simply because I'm on a low-carb diet.The only complaint I have on this is with the inner lid. It does not fit snug. I use a quart size store-bought yoghurt container and it works well.I would buy this product again.A tip: watch the prices. $24 is high for this and if you shop around you'll find it for less.
