Simple but elagent

easy enough build but you get these pretty blue bricks the color of which i've not seen before.you get a train piece that carries open frieght, in this case 3 logs. a couple of chains to hold them down and all the other essientials that go with it.i added this, along with the my own train caboose to the emerald night train. makes it look like a real train now

Classy Classic......

(Note - I have the gold-plated version with a tan band - but otherwise an identical watch.) There was a day - many years ago - when watchmaking was an art. It was an era when smaller was better - and state of the art was stylish but sensible. In my search for a demure, classic dress watch - I have looked at thousands of possibilities online that have all fallen short of the mark. The current trend seems to be big, large, presumptuous, gaudy, flashy - with a unsavory array of useless subdials, push buttons and adornments ........ all of which are just too hip-hop gansta' for my simple tastes. Literally, some of them look as large as nightstand alarm clocks - actually a bit clownish. The Hamilton Boulton really bucks today's convention and is a refreshing take on a Hamilton classic. Clean lines and a low profile keep it from hanging up your shirt sleeve. The lack of bells and whistles reflects a simple elegance of days long past. The watch is featherweight on the wrist - but a heavyweight in quality. If you are looking for a tasteful dress watch that won't overpower your wrist - the Hamilton Boulton might just be the watch you've been looking for.

Nifty Little Caboose

This is an easy piece. what do you expect for 170 pieces. i bought it to add on to the Emerald Night Train as that one seemed unfinished without a caboose.not sure if the caboose will actually round corners as the wheels brackets don't turn, but it still looks nice.very little detailing. there is a chair, with a table and coffee cup. a stove with a chimney. and there is a ladder to go up on the roof. the only thing it's missing is a mini fig in coveralls
