Product looks and works great. It is not your top of the bill product,but for the price it is excellent. I use them as small satelite speakers in my living room. They are perfect for that as they look nice and are not to big ~7''.

Great Spekers, Great Price!!!!

Dayton SAT-BK Satellite Speaker Pair BlackI bought these speakers as replacement for Sony's that came with my 8 year old home theater system. I now have them connected directly to the output jacks on my Toshiba tv. The sound is clear with no buzzing or cracking. They come with mounting screws and plates for use on speaker stands, or they can stand alone as bookshelf speakers. They come with speaker wire, but the wire looks to be 20 gauge, a bit on the small size.

Not bad for what little money I spent....

This is a super affordable HT speaker set for someone wanting to build a HT system on a budget. I bought an Infinity PS212 sub to compliment these speakers and they sound pretty good considering the poor acoustics of my room.The only real downside to this speaker set is very limited mid range response. Dayton makes a good speaker for the entry level customer. It's not a crap speaker by any means, but it's also nothing even close to say a Polk RTi either.

Used in a large family rooom with a flat screen TV. System sounds great for regular TV and all movies with 5.1 audio tracks.
