5No "Trick" this Halloween collectible is a real "Treat"!
By Sharon Kille Jenkins
I collect specific charaters from several movies/tv shows. Halloween/Michael Myers being one of my most favorites. I look for quality & detail. The collectible must look unmistakably like the character, not a resemblence of. The Cult Classics Halloween Evolution of Evil 2-Pack is no 'trick' but a real 'treat'! Dead on in the appearance of both Michael's, excellent Judith Myers headstone, + the j-o-l lites up! Sturdy, great attention to detail. A must-have for every Halloween collector!

5The Halloween Evolution of Evil 2-pack is a MUST OWN!!!
By Jennifer M. Hensley
Neca Toys have come up with a brilliant idea for producing a figurine of the original, young Michael Myers being packaged with the awesomely, spot-on likeness of an adult version of Michael Myers!!! I actually prefer to have this 2-pack edition rather than the Halloween box set, which I must admit, does have an awesome figurine of Dr. Loomis in it. I wish Dr. Loomis can be packaged as a single or a 2-pack like this one I'm reviewing. Anyway, this 2-pack of both Michaels each come with knives, a Judith Myers head stone, and a jack-o-lantern that lights up! The adult Michael is the same version seen in the Halloween box set edition, too. The artist(s) working for Neca Toys have really done a remarkable job with Michael Myers's mask, too! The jumpsuit, along with the clown suit, are nicely detailed, also. What you see in the above picture is what your gonna get! It looks just like what is seen in the first Halloween. I highly suggest you Halloween/Horror fans get your hands on this edition because it is becoming not only more expensive, but more hard to find! I don't even remember seeing this edition in stores; I stumbled on this 2-pack when I was surfing online and just had to have it!!! When you do get your own, be smart and keep it MINT ON CARD! Another good reason for keeping these rad figurines boxed, is because the artwork and bio on the packaging are nice and worth keeping! Again, glad to have this next to my other boxed, 7 inch, Horror icon figures!

5Awesome figures
By Larry
I ordered this product three days ago and got it this morning in perfect condition. The figures themselves are really detailed, and you get a lot for your money. In case you can't view the picture above, or you're too lazy, this set comes with young Michael Myers on the night of his first killing, seen at the beginning of the original "Halloween" movie. It also comes with a Judith Myers tombstone, adult Myers in full costume and a jack-o-lantern that lights up when you press the pumpkin stem down. Both Myers figures are poseable and come with butcher knifes. In short, hell yeah. Great for any true horror movie fan.

5suprise
By sound freak
I have a 10 month old daughter. she loves to climb on anything to pull herself up into a standing position. She has forced me to rethink my surround sound set up for her safety. I was using a high end sony amp to power my klispch rc-7 speakers on stands. I ordred the YSP-1100 with serious doubts that I would be truely satified after using a 6.1 system for some time. I was wrong. It works realy well. They have made it easy to install and set up. It even keep some features of a traditonal surround system. One can turn the left, center, right, rear right and rear left volume up independently. the sound quality is very claer. The highs are not as bright as the Klipsch but they are better than most. There are recomendations for room size and shape. the room size recommendations are (width 3 to 7 meter, h 2 to 3.5 meter and depth 3 to 7 meter). You will also need four walls in the sitting listing area to reflect the sound. Sound reflection is how it is able to achive the surround sound. I know it sounds like a gimmic but it does work. Here is my list of pro's and con'spro's1. Easy to set up.2. Great sound.3. No running wires between amp and speakers.4. Wall mountable (with optional mounting bracket).5. Sub woofer out put (one rca jack).6. Video inputs (3 conponent and four composite).7. Two audio inputs.8. Digital audio inputs (2 toslink and 1 coax).9. It has a mic to place in the sitting area to allow it to do auto setup.10. You will not have chair setting really close to rear surround speaker.Con's1. No HDMI inputs or outputs.2. You have to have four walls to get great sound.3. The room size does matter.4. If wall mounted be prepared to hide some cables (I ran mine inside the wall, looks great).5. Needs a sub woofer for the full bottom end sound.6. It is recommended that is to installed where no furniture will block the sound for reflecting off the walls.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great sounding surround system (if they meet the room spec and have four walls).

5Truly Amazing Surround Sound
By S. Bell
I finally got around to remodeling the bedroom and did a little over and beyond the "honey do list". Since we were remodeling, my wife finally agreed to a TV in the bedroom but didn't want any wires, amps, speakers, ect. in the room to clutter up the new clean look. So I hung a flat panel with this Yamaha YSP-1100 under it. (I highly recommend the wall bracket for an application like this). The sub is hidden in an undisclosed location and yes I hid the wires. Step 1 completed.Step 2 required me to make it work and make it easy. The auto-calibration feature was a snap. My bedroom is rectangular and the YSP-1100 sounds amazing! There's sound coming from all around the room but look honey, "no speakers". I programmed it's "My Beam" feature and so when one of us nod off, the other can still watch TV and not get the "can you turn it down" line.Well it passed inspection from the Executive Director of the Interior aka the Mrs! Bottom line, it sounds amazing, looks cool and I highly recommend it. In fact, now my condo-livin' brother-in-law wants one and yep, it's been added to his "honey do list".

5Exceptional all in one unit!
By wvrktguy
I purchased this unit about 1 month ago and I have been nothing but impressed by it. To get the full effect you will need to hook up a external subwoofer. The sound is exceptional and the fact that it is a all in one unit makes it even more appealing. It would be nice to have more than 2 sets of inputs though.

5The best stainless steel screw so far
By Drizzle
Currently Amazon is charging 35-40 bucks for a 5 lb box of these #10 stainless steel Spax "deck screws". That is a great bargain considering it is probably the highest quality screw that you'll find for general outdoor construction. For the 2-1/2 inch length you get 420 screws per 5lb box.For the 3 inch length you get 350 screws per 5lb box.For the 3-1/2 inch length you get 285 screws per 5lb box.The screw is rated for a working load of 240lbs shear and 750lbs pullout. The ultimate rated strength is 320lbs and 1000lbs, respectively. These screws are listed as either made in the USA or Germany. I'm more than happy with either location as they're both good indicators of quality (not made in China for sure). The manufacturer is ISO 9001:2000 certified. The quality of the screw is most evident when driving the screws into hard material. You can see the great quality control in the tight tolerances of the #2 square drive heads. I have never run into a malformed, loose fitting, or jammed up head after driving over a couple thousand of these screws. Keep in mind that these are stainless steel which is a relatively soft metal. They will not stand up to a lot of camming-out before the head strips and you can no longer drive it. So make sure you're aligned, applying adequate driving pressure, and don't use a worn out bit. If you're driving it into something really hard, make sure you pilot the hole first. This is true of any stainless steel screw. Compared to other stainless screws I've used, these are the least likely to strip the heads out or have the heads shear off. These screws also use patented technology on the threads which helps them bite and cut into softer woods more cleanly and helps reduce splitting. The upper threads near the head are designed to improve clamp up. Often when a screw exits the first board and enters the second, the tip takes a moment to bite into the 2nd piece, creating a gap. The segmented thread design here improves the ability to suck up that gap.The thread design shouldn't be confused with composite deck screws (like Double-Dekkers or Trapease screws) which have counter-threads at the top to prevent mushrooming around the screw hole on a composite board. These screws do not have that feature but are great for just about all other applications where you need a high quality, non-corrosive screw.Using these is actually a pleasure, they work so well, you feel good about their quality and the quality of the item you're building, the clients are happy, they will last a long time. (Keep carrying this item Amazon!)

5The BMW of screws
By Carlgo
Just to follow up on the previous excellent review, I bought a small box of Spax screws years ago, quite by accident. When I got home and used them it was clear that they were a big step up from the garbagey cheap screws I used in the past. Two things set them apart from others:1. They are made of decent metal that doesn't twist in half.2. The threads have little saw-like edges that saw into the wood. The local lumber yard has stainless deck screws. They are so expensive they stash them where they can't be stolen. When I saw that Amazon had them, and that they were a Prime item with free shipping (that is a surprise for an item like this), then it was obviously the choice for my little 100 square foot deck project. The deck screws have two sets of threads so that the top plank is pulled down tight to the joists. I pre-drilled the planks, so that wasn't really an issue for me, but the feature does work. The screws also have little ridges under the head so that they countersink. That feature also works very well.Square drive is pretty much a requirement for high-torque applications and the bit I had fit nicely into the square. There were no duds or slots filled with crud or anything.I used both a little Bosch impactor and a powerful Milwaulkee corded 1/2" drill and did not break even one screw. The impactor action is nicer as you don't have to press down as much. They don't exactly give Spax screws away. They are the most expensive ones in the screw department and clearly cheaper ones are fine for most projects. But, if your project is special or tough and you don't want to be digging out stripped or broken screws, then Spax makes sense.

5Great product
By conrad fernander
I have used a variety of stainless steel screws. This one is the best by far. Very easy to drill and countersink. Do not bend or break easily while drilling.
