passed ca smog, and gave a decent boost in throttle response

I bought this thinking it was just a gimick, I was wrong Im running a aem v2 short ram with this, the intake made a small difference, but once I added this on to it. Wow there was a immediate difference in throttle response. The only downside is I had to modify the the bracket to relocate my throttle cable, the one that was supplied with the spacer did not fit on my h22a4. Aside from that Ive had it for two years, I smogged the car and everything, it passed even with californias strict smog laws.
