Really great product! The best shave that I've ever had!

The products from the Art of Shaving are really great! I've had the best shave ever. I think that they still capture the essence of what the original owners wanted: great quality products! The problem is the company that now owns the art of shaving. They haven't been able to quickly react to the market and to quickly start sending these products abroad. Their customer service really sucks and the complaints never reach the decision makers (if any) within the company. They keep sending cliche phrases without taking any actions that support them. Really bad. I found it great that i was able to get these products through Amazon!The 4 step system really works. it is also great to read the book of the original owners to understand the system and the reasons behind it. The company does a poor job in marketing the system and the information from the book doesn't reach the final customer. Nevertheless, I guess it is worthless to keep wasting my time in writing this review for them.If you are a potential customer, buy the product and buy a good shaver, you will enjoy it! If you have a complaint just don't bother reaching customer service, it sucks!

Old Products

This is the first time I have received a product that I use often that is old. This product is either very old or sat in the sun or something for quite sometime. The shaving cream is very stiff and the after-shave balm even looks old and the nozzle does not output the balm properly - very little comes out of the nozzle. Very disappointed and will order either directly from the company or drugstore.com which I have been very successful. Of course when I need the product I would get crap and have to re-order from a different online store. ;o(
