Ok.. I took away a star only because the lid of this item has no locking mechanism. It can be dangerous if you take this on a picnic or have children that may be curious, as it can pour hot water all over you if you accidentally push the button or press the pump! It's a major flaw!Other than that, I LOVE this air pot. It stays on my kitchen counter and I don't take it anywhere. It has been on and running since the day I got it (months ago) and I always have hot water, which is important if you have a baby, who drinks formula all day! :)If they could add some kind of a locking system to this unit it'll be perfect!
