a big difference from the one that had before, looks great and it has 3 speeds, on the first setting I can't even hear that it works. The only thing that it didn't come with the bulbs, but you can easely buy them from home depot.I noticed the power on this one when assembling, too bad that some of the power is lost when you add the cover that covers electrical wires, but still works great.I've done some comparison shopping before buying this and I'm very glad that I bought this one.
