Rohl gets five stars for their phone and product support, I had the head get plugged with dried up soap and ruined the pump. I used a piece of wire to unplug the head, called Rohl and had a new pump within three days! My reason for four stars is, the finish has not held up well after 10 months of use it has turned really dark, I need to try a gentle metal polish on the finish and see what happens.
