Outer box for packing had rip in it, opened outer box and the box form the manufacturer had side missing? Took ballast out and the housing where screws go to attach to wall (or whatever surface) was dented on both sides I didn't even want to plug it in but I needed it in a bad way figured I could live with it as it was if it worked it did.But still disappointed, I really needed two of them was going to purchase the second one in a month or two. I think I will look else where. Worst Amazon experience yet I maxed out my $1000 Amazon credit card three times this year and wasn't unhappy till now.

Just wish it had an external hock up for fans to keep it cool - would buy again - it helps reduce the amount of plug ins as it will run two lights
