Having had received the barometer as a very generous gift, I now needed something to hold it. I was going to build one in my wood shop, but when I found this one (recommended by Weems & Plath), I decided to build one later ;-). Very nice quality, of course fits the barometer perfectly. If you have the instrument, this is the stand to have.
