Great packaging and arrived promptly!! I purchased it for a total of about $70 from Malloverstock. So I'd definetly be on the lookout for a price like that. I know at the actual Mall they've tried selling it to me from $125-$150 claiming that it retails for $250. I expected to have to wait at least a week because I'd just stuck with the standard shipping, but it was here within the week and it was all very carefully packaged. I did receive the shampoo with it,too, which I haven't tried so I couldn't tell you the effect of that. However, I have very thick wavy hair and the iron just didn't get hot enough to straighten the way I wanted it. I have a flat iron that goes up to 450, and I wanted to try something different so that I wouldn't be "burning" my hair every day. Although, I bet if I gave myself a lot of extra time, patience, and parted my hair into several different sections that this would leave my hair healthier looking after awhile.
