I use this onion juice in my spaghetti sauce and in burgers and sloppy joes. It gives you the flavor of onions, without the stomach upset that can occur when using fresh onions.

I adore this stuff. It enhances every recipe that calls for onions. I use it in home made salad dressings, pasta sauces, tuna, shrimp and crab salads, soups and stews. My family likes onions, so there is little that makes it to our table without a few splashes of Howard's onion juice in it.
