This is one of my very favorite cereals but it is hard to find. The only place I can find it locally sometimes is the commissary at Ft. Sam Houston. It is a light cereal with few calories and has great taste, to me. The boxes I received on this were all new, sealed boxes. The cereal is fresh and I am enjoying it.

I used to eat this cereal on a daily basis while dieting and after moving across the U.S. I was unable to find a store that carries this item. Now that I have found it again, I'll be ordering a lot more. Thanks for super great service and the item is just perfect as I remembered.

Healthy, old fashion cereal.

I've always loved the puffed cereals, but I needed something with low carbs. Puffed Wheat has less carbs than any other cereal that I have found. Because the cereal is puffed, you can eat up to a 1 1/2 cups for one serving.
