Shipment arrived within a week and was a straightforward install. Customer service was responsive and courteous in handling a broken plastic clip which came with the unit that holds the water tube. No arguments, they put up the fight with Honeywell and sent out a replacement within a week . No big deal as the old one was still intact. I certainly will keep Plumbing Planet on the top of my list for future needs and would recommend them highly. Fair pricing, factory direct parts, and great customer service.
